We are looking for an experienced and resourceful Planning & Statutory Services Support Officer to assist in the provision of planning support and administrative duties in the areas of statutory planning, building, environmental health and enforcement.

The main responsibilities include:

• Undertake a range of administrative functions for the teams of Statutory Planning, Strategic Planning, Heritage Advisory Service, Local Laws, Building Services and Environmental Health.
• Assist in providing basic planning, building, environmental health and local laws advice to customers and guidance to developers, ratepayers, residents and members of the public.
• Preparation of public notices, issuing of referrals and general correspondence for planning applications.
