WesTrac is currently seeking an experienced Leading Hand to join our Grafton Workshop.Reporting to the Workshop Supervisor, our Leading Hand will assist in coordinating maintenance and repairs on a range of Caterpillar equipment for some of our biggest customers across the region. With a commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction, this role will see you utilising your experience to provide our team with mechanical and technical support.A role with WesTrac will see you completing overhauls on a range of CAT equipment Forestry, on Highway and off highway trucks to all construction models including Dozers, Excavators, Graders and more. - 5 Days On, 2 Days Off - 10.5 hour shifts
- Overtime available
- Potential earnings from $129,000 + Super

Skills & Experience- Proven experience in a similar role
- Mechanical trade qualification (Australian trade recognised)
- Familiarity with Caterpillar Equipment
- Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong commitment to meeting customer requirements
- Excellent diagnostic and repair skills
- Strong job planning skills
