About the Role
As the successful applicant, your duties as a Plant Operator will include but are not limited to:
- operating our mobile plant (incl. front-end loaders, skid-steer and forklifts)
- safely and efficiently dispatching bulk products via computerized batching system.
- Weighbridge and Control room operations.
- ensuring incoming goods are checked against orders and moved to the correct storage bays
- accurately recording delivery documentation
- assisting with shipping (receiving) activities according to the shipping schedule
- assisting with planning/scheduling/completing Preventative Maintenance, Pre-Checks/ Pre-Starts of plant and equipment.
About You
To be considered for this role, you will need the following:
- Full Australian working rights
- Flexibility with working hours (Shift work and weekends when required)
- Sound IT literacy.
Experience in the below areas are advantageous but not essential
- Warehouse distribution/logistics experience
- Current front-end loader experience
- Competent in Microsoft Office (Outlook and internet)
- Experience in Weighbridge operations
- Fertiliser product knowledge.
- Trade Qualification an advantage.
