About You
- Experience in a similar role or proven experience in project support or administration role.
- Background in construction preferred.
- Looking for a full-time, long-term role
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Duties:
- Support a number of project managers in their day-to-day roles with coordinating site paperwork, inductions, arranging travel logistics, accommodation and other bookings for staff.
- Assist with onboarding for new team members and managing sub-contractors using internal induction systems.
- Manage building certification processes for assigned projects.
- Schedule meetings, record minutes and ensure follow up of actioned items.
- Procure and distribute necessary project materials.
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.
- Assist and support in project planning, covering all stages from inception to completion.
- Prepare and distribute project materials.
- Be point of contact for sub-contractors and project managers.
- Track Project process and promptly communicate with project managers.
- Provide regular reports on team and project performance.
