The Role The Town of Port Hedland is seeking reliable and motivated individuals to join as a casual Plant Operator Labourer. The successful applicants will be expected to operate as effective team members, assisting in machine operation and labour functions for our Town of Port Hedland landfill and sweeping services. Our ideal applicant will have excellent time management skills, high attention to detail and have a proactive attitude. You will require a high level of writing and verbal communication skills, as well as fast and efficient data entry skills. You will be joining the team at an exciting time as the Town embarks on a culture of change with embracing of a wide range of new technologies, a large capitals works program, and a number of other projects that make the Town a desirable place to live and work.
