Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a small business setting.
- Relevant trade qualifications and certifications in plumbing.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced working environment.
- Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
- A clear ambition for career progression and leadership within the company.
- Current driver’s license and the ability to travel as required for projects.
