Responsibilities: As an Accounts Officer at Tribez Aluminium Solutions, you will play a crucial role in managing our financial operations while also supporting our HR department. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing accounts receivable and accounts payable processes, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments.
- Conducting regular financial reconciliations, identifying discrepancies, and taking appropriate corrective actions.
- Carry out payroll administration, including timesheet verification and maintaining employee records.
- Preparing financial reports, statements, and budgets, providing insights and recommendations to support decision-making.
- Carry out with HR functions, such as employee onboarding and off-boarding, ensuring compliance with Australian employment laws and regulations.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and maintain accurate financial and HR records.
Requirements: To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Previous experience in accounting, with a focus on accounts receivable, accounts payable, reconciliation, payroll, and reporting within the manufacturing industry.
- Sound knowledge of Australian financial regulations and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in accounting software and advanced computer skills.
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
- HR experience, including knowledge of onboarding/offboarding processes and Australian employment laws, will be advantageous.
