The PMO Commercial Lead - Contracts & Commercials team will assist in developing, overseeing, and optimising contracts for the Program

- Manage changes over the life of the contract, ensure suppliers deliver to the requirements of the contract
- Monitor and analyse supplier performance to ensure that goods and services are provided in line with agreed conditions
- Manage the ongoing administration and variation of contracts
- Monitor, analyse and review the effectiveness and operations of contracts to provide recommendations to improve supplier and contract management processes and tools continuously
- Facilitate, and organise Vendor Performance Review meetings on a monthly or as needed basis as appropriate ensuring key relationship stakeholders attend
- Monitor and analyse project performance as per the contract
- PMO support tasks and attend meetings as required
- Works with corporate legal team and corp. legal team nominated suppliers
- Provide support for the Program team
- Support the integrity and structure of the document libraries (SharePoint)
- Vendor performance scorecard and metrics
- Contract performance scorecard and metrics
- Change request impact analysis for contractual impacts
- SAP project experience is highly regarded.
- Work effectively with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders with a demonstrated commitment to the successfully delivery of the Program.
- During quieter periods, provide assistance to other team members in the PMO where applicable
- Ability to think outside the square, a willingness to try new things, share knowledge and make a difference
- Escalate to Business Program Director or PMO Lead as appropriate
