Our client is seeking a PMO Data Analyst to work within their facilities located in Perth WA, Australia.

Our client, a multibillion dollar key player in the energy industry is embarking on their latest project to assist them in efficient delivery of key activities.
About The Role
PMO Data Analyst will play a key role in collecting and analysing financial and resourcing data for monthly reporting to support decision-making processes and enhance organizational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collecting and verifying financial and resource data for monthly reporting.
- Analysing, identifying, and reviewing discrepancies or anomalies in relevant IT financials, resources, deliverables, risks, and issues, and escalating as necessary.
- Assessing current processes and tools, pinpointing opportunities for streamlining, and implementing process improvements.
- Examining monthly reports to ensure data consistency and completeness.
- Providing information to the leadership team as needed, including project estimation and periodic reviews of costs and resources.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in data analysis within a project management or PMO environment.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strongly preferred skills: Process Review and Improvement, Financial Management, Resource Allocation Management, Estimation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
