In the role of Policy Advisor (Road Rules & Emerging Technology) you will work in a team that contributes to the safety and efficiency of the Queensland transport system. You will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects that will allow you to hone a wide range of skills, including consultation, communication, policy analysis and legislative reform.
Accountabilities include but are not limited to:

• Researching, analysing and developing policy, legislative, and business solutions.
• Preparing a range of official government documentation.
• Providing evidence-based, logical and timely advice to internal and external stakeholders.
• Developing and Maintaining effective networks, and consulting and negotiating.
• Coordinating activities or projects to ensure the effective delivery of policy outcomes.
