Policy and Correspondence Officer, Justice and Attorney-General

The Policy and Correspondence Officer will be responsible for providing policy analysis, and strategic and evidence-based policy solutions, procedures and advice, to implement major reforms relevant to VAQ. The position will support the development and implementation of victim-centric and trauma-informed policy, practice, and procedures, and utilise data and performance information to improve service delivery to support victims of crime. The position will also manage and respond to correspondence to ensure high quality responses are provided in a timely manner. Your key responsibilities The ideal applicant for the Policy and Correspondence Officer will be someone who can demonstrate the following key responsibilities as they apply to the key competencies of the role: Assist in the development and management of strategic policy projects through to implementation.
