The main objective of this position is to oversee and control the business aspects of the designated IT Program and Project Portfolio, essential for realizing the IT and Business Strategy. This involves assisting Business Owners in prioritizing the IT Projects and Initiatives portfolio, managing the delivery of quality solutions by AZT, and supervising the change management and implementation into business operations. The entire process is supported by thorough tracking and reporting to the Steering Boards.
You'll be responsible for
Taking a proactive approach in engaging with Business Units for designated IT Programs, Projects, and Initiatives, ensuring the oversight of approved ongoing IT Programs, Projects, and Initiatives.
Leading the program team through the Idea and Framing Stages for approved projects, including the development of Business Requirements across the assigned project portfolio. Collaborate closely with Enterprise Architecture and Allianz Technology Transformation teams to identify appropriate solutions.
Managing an IT Project Portfolio encompassing all IT projects, ensuring delivery by AZT, monitoring progress, financial tracking, quality assurance, and overseeing change management activities. Act as the primary contact for all project changes and escalations, while monitoring the implementation of decommissioning plans.
Supervising User Acceptance Tests with business teams for solutions developed by Alliance Technology.
Overseeing the operationalization of changes delivered by Allianz Technology into the business.
About you
Extensive experience in managing IT-related business relationships and leading project teams within a complex medium to large organization.
Proven track record of successfully steering and delivering strategic projects within constraints of time, budget, and resources, while sustaining positive outcomes.
Demonstrated analytical and critical thinking capabilities, enabling the interpretation of various data sets, identification of patterns, trends, and links to inform judgments and solutions.
Proven ability to effectively partner and collaborate with senior stakeholders, establishing strong professional relationships and influencing outcomes.
Demonstrated proficiency in delivering engaging and impactful presentations.
