We are looking for a Portfolio Manager to join our Primary Health team in Wagga Wagga, NSW. The vacancy is Full Time, 75 hours per fortnight, and will be ongoing employment.
Working alongside the Group Manager – Primary Health and Wellbeing, you will lead successful implementation and delivery of care coordination, Aboriginal and Primary Health programs in the Murrumbidgee region.
Drive integrated and coordinated services that are accessible, high quality and will improve the participant experience in out of hospital health care. This is a rewarding leadership role that supervises staff who work within the designated programs in the portfolio.

What do I need?
- Tertiary qualifications in Nursing, and registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
- Successful outcome-based contract management and delivery experience
- Experience in staff and team leadership, and high-level problem-solving abilities
- Proven ability to work with a range of stakeholders to develop partnerships and service pathways
- Experience in the implementation of clinical governance frameworks and systems
- Current unrestricted drivers licence and a willingness to travel occasionally for work purposes.
