The Role
Portfolio Management Branch (PMB) has an exciting opportunity for two Canberra based APS5 positions within the Directorate of Prioritisation and the Directorate of Reporting and Analysis. The position requires you to have the ability to work in dynamic, fast paced environment and assist with a range of administrative duties. Although the role will specifically support two Canberra based teams, there is ample opportunity within the Branch to expand your knowledge and skillset across a variety of different areas within the PMB.
Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Coordination of incoming tasks such as ministerial and reporting activities;
- Branch committee planning and training;
- Management of the group inbox;
- Provide business support to the Branch; and
- Assist in data collection and reporting

The Portfolio Management Branch (PMB) sits within the Group Operations Division in Defence Digital Group and has been established to strengthen performance across the Group by providing improved reporting and strategic insights to supporting data led decision making.
The Portfolio Branch is responsible for prioritising and optimising resources, providing support and assurance to projects and programs and building a culture of trust, transparency and continuous improvement.
