The Behaviour Support Practitioner will work collaboratively with internal Enable WA staff and external providers to deliver effective Positive Behaviour services to support staff, clients, their families and carers.

This role involves drawing on a wide range of skills, knowledge and experience - which includes:
Essential Criteria
- Completion of Practitioner Self-Assessment (https://www.ndiscommission.gov.au/providers/understanding-behaviour-support-and-restrictive-practices-providers#paragraph-id-2728)
- Recognised qualification in an allied health discipline or other relevant tertiary qualification, such as Psychology, Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy, Developmental Education or Social Work, with registration or membership of the relevant Australian professional association, e.g. Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (APHRA), Association of Social Workers (AASW), Speech Pathology Australia.
- Experience working with individuals, families and children with a disability.
- Demonstrated ability to utilise data collection tools, collate information, analyse and prepare reports.
- NDIS Worker Screen & WWC
- NDIS Worker Orientation Certificate
- Current Driver’s Licence
- Fully COVID 19 vaccinated
Desirable Criteria
- Assessed as ‘Proficient’ level PBS practitioner
