About the Opportunity
Due to our on-going, consistent growth, we have an exciting opportunities for an experienced Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our teams.

Some of the key responsibilities in this role will include, but not be limited to
- Evaluating, developing and delivering evidence-based Positive Behaviour Support plans and interventions
- Conducting a variety of assessments for participants of all ages and all disabilities
- Develop, deliver and monitor interventions and strategies for the management of behaviours of concern
- Work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team
- Complete reports and work towards goals within the NDIS plans

The position is suitable for NDIS Registered Practitioners who align with our values and have;
- Relevant tertiary qualification
- Assessed by the NDIS at being Core or above as a Behaviour Support Practitioner
- Valid Australian driver’s licence
- Unrestricted Australian work rights
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working with Children Check
