Post office Assistant
We are looking for Experienced Retail Assistant to work in our Bannockburn LPO. Part time positions will be offered to successful candidates.
Having a valid Workforce ID and experience at Post Office is essential.

Qualifications & experience
- Excellent customer service and a friendly manner.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing transactions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- A willingness to develop product knowledge both through training and your own initiative.
- Intermediate Computer Skills.
- Previous LPO/CPO experiences are essential.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Counter transactions including Stock sales, Bill Payment, Banking transaction Bank@Post, Western Union Transfer & Money Order etc.
- Postage assessment and mail handling.
- Identity services including Australian passport interview, passport photo taken and other ID services.
- Assist in maintaining store presentation.
- Assist customers in a fast-paced environment.
