About the Opportunity:

Reporting directly to the Executive General Manager - Broadcast, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing a team of creative professionals. This role entails overseeing the production of top-tier content across our organization's platforms, ensuring alignment with our standards of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of creative professionals, providing guidance, mentoring, and support to ensure optimal performance.
• Implement best practices and robust workflows for the day-to-day production, archiving, and filing of all media assets.
• Demonstrate extensive technical knowledge of video editing, motion graphic design, graphic design, and computer software across both Mac and PC platforms.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and creative partners to generate innovative ideas and concepts to fulfill client briefs.
• Assist in all aspects of creative execution from initial concept through to delivery, maintaining the highest standards of quality and excellence.

About You:

• A strong understanding of video production, budgeting, and reporting
• A highly organised approach to pre and Post Production
• Motion graphics design experience desirable
• Experience producing TVCs, including knowledge of ClearAds approval processes, as well as content for marketing campaigns to meet requirements across broadcast, other RDCM platforms and for external stakeholders
• Experience across branding, art direction, copywriting and delivery of engaging work
• Extensive knowledge of production workflows including Adobe Creative Suite
• Able to present and share work internally and to our clients
