What’s in this for you?
You’ll join 15 friendly, supportive folks in Osborne Park. Your team’s made up Partnership and PR Assistants, who’ve built first-rate relationships with reputable media partners (online, print and television), global podcasts, and social media influencers. You’ll have a solid base to build from.
We’ll make sure you feel comfortable settling into your new job. You’ll get the full backing and budget from the CEO, CVO, and the Sales & Marketing Manager, who’ll guide you on the PR & Partnership strategies, and help you and your team deliver across several campaigns.
You’ll work in new offices with modern IT and media platforms. You’ll find us a 15-minute walk from Stirling station. If you drive, there’s plenty of free parking. You can dress casually, 9-5, Monday to Friday. There's Friday drinks, quarterly events, and career progression if you’re ambitious. About you
You’re a great communicator – writing, on the phone and in person. You have a successful track record of building strong working relationships with media outlets, journalists, and partners, knowing how to overcome rejection, ghosting, and tire-kicking.
You understand where marketing meets communications, and you’ve planned and led public relations programs, including Australian and international sponsorships, influencers, press and brand partner campaigns.
You have an eye for shaping communications strategies and tactics and you have a flair for measuring and evaluating multi-channel PR, media, influencer marketing and social media best practice, reporting on program performance/ROI, and key metrics - in line with the PR strategy.
You’ll have also led a small, growing in-house team across PR, influencer marketing and Partnerships.
