Position Overview:We're seeking a dynamic individual to join us as a Practice Assistant. In this role, you'll blend your digital savvy with administrative finesse to keep our clinic running smoothly. This is a casual role with hourly pay based on age, skills and experience.
Expected hours: 7.5 – 15 per week
Key Responsibilities:
- Get creative online! Help maintain our website, manage social media, and craft engaging content for our audience.
- Dive into digital databases, assist with digital and in-person marketing efforts to reach our community effectively.
- Help with regular client outreach activity to understand how we are performing and how we can improve our services
- Help with practice manager with tasks related to the running and growing of the practice.
- Playing backup to our front desk as needed including by being the friendly voice behind our phones, scheduling appointments, assisting patients with enquiries, ensuring patient files are kept up to date and other admin tasks as they arise.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Great communication skills
- Tech-savvy? Check! Proficient in computers and ready to learn new digital tools.
- You're a multitasking master, juggling priorities with ease.
- Attention to detail is your middle name
- Ideal for a student who might be studying commerce and IT topics
