Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as an Assistant Practice Manager. The Assistant Practice Manager will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth operation of our clinic, assisting the Practice Manager in administrative tasks, and ensuring an exceptional experience for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Practice Manager in daily operations, including rostering.
- Coordinate patient appointments and manage the clinic's appointment schedule.
- Handle client inquiries and provide excellent customer service both in person and over the phone.
- Assist with insurance verification and billing processes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Support the recruitment, training, and supervision of administrative staff.
- Ensure compliance with clinic policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Assist in developing and implementing strategies to enhance clinic efficiency and patient satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to optimize patient care delivery.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in healthcare administration or a related field preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in computer systems and software, including Office 365, and experience with Practice Management software.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare regulations is advantageous.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and clinic needs.
