About the Role
The Practice Lead for Perinatal Emotional Health Program will be a valued member of the Infant Child Youth Area Mental Health Wellbeing Service and will be required to lead and ensuring quality services are delivered als coordinate primary and secondary consultation with external key stakeholders. Practice Lead will paly a pvotal role in service development and work in collaboration with the Ingfant Child Family Program and ICYMHS leadership. We are actively seeking candidates who meet the following requirements to apply for this exceptional opportunity.
- Coordination of team across sites (Wodonga / Wangaratta) to ensure service delivery and early intervention for women and families are seamless and timely.
- Promote collaboration with external and internal services to promote a wraparound model of care is provided to women and families.
- Support and promote assertive outreach to women and their support networks with a trauma informed model of care.
- Coordination and development of internal clinical processes to ensure high quality of care within the clinical team and support innovative service delivery methods.
Employment Type: This is a part time fixed term (2 years) opportunity.
