Role Description
The Practice Manager role at St Michael Medical Centre is a full-time position. As a Practice Manager, you will be responsible for handling the day-to-day operations and management of the clinic. This includes overseeing administrative tasks, managing staff, handling finances and budgets, coordinating patient appointments, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. This is an on-site role located in Doncaster East, VIC.
Qualifications
Experience in medical practice management or a similar role
Knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and billing
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in office software and computer systems
Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
Understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance
Qualifications in healthcare administration or relevant field preferred
