About The Role
The main objective of this role is to ensure that you and your clinic staff provide excellent customer service and front desk administration while ensuring that patient volumes, staff rosters and medical supplies are managed well.

This will be a permanent full time position based in our Gympie Clinic.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the practice, including patient scheduling, appointment management, and clinic workflow.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Ensure efficient use of resources, such as staff, equipment, and facilities, to optimise patient care delivery.
- Monitor patient satisfaction metrics and implement strategies to enhance patient experience.
- Working and liaising with doctors to manage their books
- Administrative duties as required
- Reporting on all practice activities to the Regional Manager
About You
- 2+ years’ experience as a Medical Receptionist, Practice Management experience preferred but not essential
- Previous experience in a management and/or high-level practice administrative position
- Nurses (RNs/ENs) with admin experience and looking to step into a more operational position are encouraged to apply
- Experience using Best Practice medical software is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and agile work environment
- Exceptional organisational and customer service skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Intermediate to advance skills in MS office
- Excellent knowledge of medical terminology
