Highly competitive compensation $120,000.00 per annum.
Must have experience as a specialist Practice Manager
As a Practice Manager / Medical Receptionist, you will play a critical role in ensuring our patients receive the highest level of care and attention. Your responsibilities will include greeting patients, managing practice accounts and invoicing, scheduling patient bookings (including liaising with hospital bookings), handling phone inquiries, and arranging the daily practice schedule. You will also assist with typing (from a dictaphone) and general medical administration, as well as assisting with minor procedures.
The ideal candidate will have an exceptional phone manner, accurate typing skills, and fluent communication skills. You will be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment, and thrive in a team-oriented atmosphere. Previous experience in medical reception or administration is preferred, but not required.
