Role Purpose:
The Practice Manager will provide professional administrative support to the Managing Director & Directors. The role will also be responsible for providing administrative, project specific and general office services.
The role:
The Practice Manager will work closely with the executive team, including the Managing Director and the directors.
- Administrative Assistant to MD and Adelaide Retail & Development Team
- (some) Diary management, and meeting scheduling
- Co-ordinate, polish and prepare presentations, e.g., Proposals, Board Reports
- Minute keeping and expense management
- Provide office and administrative support to the team
- Develop a strong understanding of your key stakeholders, company expectations and demonstrate strong communications skills
- Coordinate and administer HR policies and office administration duties following direction from Senior Management
- Maintain high service outcomes for the team and our customers
- Considerable experience as a Personal and/or Office Manager within a corporate environment
- Experience in operating within a highly confidential environment, exercising diplomacy and discretion
- Good market knowledge of financial services industry, legal industry or equivalent
- Understanding of the principles relating to the delivery of administrative services, e.g. confidentiality, protocols, etc.
- Advanced skills in MS Office Suite i.e. Word, Excel and PowerPoint
