We are currently seeking an experienced Practice Manager with outstanding leadership and communication skills. The person appointed will understand the importance of patient care, service and be responsible for the day-to-day function of the practice and manage the admin staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Day to day running of the practice
- Strong leadership skills leading an experienced team
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Rostering and payroll
- Developing and implementing policies and procedures
- Demonstrated financial reporting and budgeting
- Medicare and Private Health Insurance billing practices
- A track record in leading operational change and enhancing the practice culture
- Implementing business growth
- Liaise with other Healthcare stakeholders
- Working closely with our Doctors and Staff
Essential Criteria
- Previous experience in managing a Medical Practice
- Qualifications in Practice Leadership
Desirable Criteria
- Experience using MYOB or similar software
- Experience in Surgical Specialty or Anaesthetic Practice
