About the Role
Our 10South medical practice team is looking for an experienced Practice Manager to lead the admin team. You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the clinic. The Practice Manager will ensure the clinic runs efficiently and effectively, whilst providing high quality patient care and service. You will work closely with the Practitioners to drive compliance in line with medical industry regulations and standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage a team of 2 medical administrators.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the clinic, including scheduling appointments and delegating tasks to staff members.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for the clinic.
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Maintain accurate patient records and billing information.
- Manage patient complaints and concerns.
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including patients, healthcare providers, and vendors.
- Conduct regular staff meetings to review and improve clinic operations.
- Ensure a safe and welcoming environment for patients and staff
- In conjunction with the People Experience team, oversee staffing, recruitment, training, compliance, and performance management.
About You
To be successful in this role you will have previous experience as a Practice Manager, ideally within the Medical or Sports Science Industry.
- Certificate in Healthcare Administration or related field
- Experience in healthcare management, preferably in a sports medicine clinic
- Familiarity with medical terminology, electronic health records, and billing systems
- Knowledge of healthcare compliance and regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs
