About the Role:
We are extending our team & are excited to add the expertise of a highly motivated Practice Manager . In this role you will be responsible for managing our team of Mental Health Practitioners, mentoring them to deliver high quality service as well as achieve client & organisational objectives.
Your Responsibilities:
Lead & support our team of practitioners to ensure high quality services are delivered to our clients as well as achieving & optimising clinical operations
Carry out performance appraisals, identify areas of improvement & implement changes or support required
Foster a supportive & collaborative relationship between the Practitioner Management Team & the Client Management Team
Routine review of practitioners' case load & capacity to integrate new clients
Maintaining awareness of current legislation to ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory guidelines as well as developing & refining processes inline with these guidelines to improve efficiency
Maintaining a timely schedule to ensure appointments & reporting criteria is met
Ensure the safe & correct management of high-risk clients
About You:
Experience managing diverse teams & a track record of demonstrated leadership in managing an operational team to deliver service excellence
3+ years experience working in a Allied Health role preferred
Exceptional written & verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
Sound time management & organisational skills to manage practitioners' case loads
Excellent commercial acumen & the ability to compile & analyse performance reports
Experience with telehealth platforms preferred but not required
Previous experience using Halaxy or Cliniko preferred
Experience managing Psychologists or Mental Health professionals highly regarded
Flexibility to travel interstate & between Brisbane & the Sunshine Coast, working varied hours at short notice depending on business requirements
Ability to work independently and remotely when required
