Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answer calls and take accurate messages to redirect
- Booking client appointments/providing quotation in showroom
- Inbound and outbound mail services as requested
- Liaising with clients, internal departments and Managers
- Data entry, processing and invoicing.
- Maintain an effective filing/scanning and archiving system
- General administration duties
- Assisting with general customer service duties, someone who love’s working with people has a mature professional attitude
- Keeping showroom updated and tidy
- some heavy lifting is required
To be successful in this role you will be required to have:
- Experience or in a similar role an advantage
- Some industry experience is an advantage
- Sales experience is an advantage
- Good organisation skills and time management/ can work on a ticking off to-do list
- Can multi task
- Excellent computer skills
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- A flexible and mature approach to work
- Excellent telephone etiquette and personal presentation skills
- A positive and friendly attitude
- Strong attention to detail
- Work well in a team environment
- Be highly organised and punctual
