As the Managing Administrator you play a pivotal role in the clinics success and are the first point of contact for the families in the community who utilise our services.
About Us:
Early Start Australia (ESA) delivers evidence-based early intervention and therapy services to children and their families throughout our 46 clinics in Australia.
Our Brighton clinic has been providing speech pathology and occupational therapy services to the community. We provide our services to children and young people (12 months to 17 years) to support the development in their play, communication, self-care, and academic skills.

More about the role!
You will be the first point of contact for families of our clinic, where you will provide exceptional customer services as well as:
- Managing appointments for our therapists with precision and efficiency.
- Ensuring accurate data entry and maintaining patient privacy.
- Building strong relationships with our valued clients and fostering a positive clinic atmosphere.
- Handling accounts receivable, NDIS claims, and other invoicing duties.
- Assisting therapists with relevant administrative tasks and providing general office support.
What do you need to join?
- Knowledge of NDIS administrative requirements or similar funding packages.
- Outstanding communication skills and a knack for building rapport with clients.
- Experience with practice management software, Medicare, and Eftpos (advantageous).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- A proactive mindset and commitment to quality improvement.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
- Compliance with necessary checks and certifications, including Working with Children, National Police Check, NDIS worker screening, COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate, and First Aid.
