The Bendigo team is looking for its newest administration member, someone who is motivated to assist with supporting our clients to achieve their goals and improve their wellbeing!
This position will be based in Bendigo but will provide admin support to the wider OT Group team scattered across the state and country.

About the Role
Permanent part time or full time, admin support to assist with the smooth running of both the Bendigo and Maribyrnong Practices based in the Bendigo office.
- Office based position.
- Minimum 4 days per week.
- General administration duties including file and document management.
- Supporting therapists with new referrals, appointment booking and calendar management.
- Managing incoming and outgoing internet referral-based enquiries.
- Managing and inputting NDIS Service Agreements.
- Accurate data entry and management.
- Assist with the onboarding of new staff members .
- Creating and maintaining cloud-based case management records.
- Liaising with the NDIA where required.
- Following and upholding policies and procedures.
- Use of practice software and Microsoft Office.
- Day-to-day problem solving.
- Adhoc requests or duties where required.
About you
Essential:
- Exceptional customer service and care.
- Working With Children’s Check or eligibility to apply.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check or eligibility to apply, assistance provided.
- National Police Check.
- Current drivers' licence and vehicle.
Desirable
- Experience in a similar administrative position.
- High numeracy skills with meticulous data accuracy.
- Impeccable attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Effective time management and organisational skills.
- Demonstrated initiative and enthusiasm.
- Exceptional communication skills.
