Practice Manager - Full Time
An exciting opportunity is available for a Full TimePractice Manager to join our team.
Our clinic is located 30klm southeast of Melbourne.
The Manager’s time should be balanced between management activities and will involve nursing shifts. Our ideal candidate is an experienced Veterinary Nurse looking to take the next step into a leadership role within a team.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the clinic team in partnership with the Head Veterinarian and Veterinary Practice Partners, maintaining a positive work culture, and working environment
- Fortnightly KPI meetings to achieve targets and budgets
- Staff Rostering that is fair and meets business budgets/ targets
- Staff recruitment Onboarding and training
- Supporting staff wellness and staff happiness
- Biannually Performance reviews
- Submitting payroll fortnightly and maintaining in-house accounts
To be successful, a qualification in Management or Cert IV Veterinary Nursing is highly desired, with a minimum of 5 years of experience. The role will be Full-time with flexible working hours.
