Our client is in search of a driven and seasoned Practice Manager to join the team in the outer Eastern suburbs, dedicated to optimizing and elevating the daily operations. The medical practice operates one general practice clinic. Headed up by the Director, the practice looks after a diverse cohort of patients attended to by the staff including 5 FTE Doctors, 3 nurses and 3 office staff.
Key Responsibilities and Tasks

• Human Resources and staff support
• Office and practice operations
• Facilities maintenance
• Quality improvement and accreditation
• Resources planning and management
• Customer service, patient care and stakeholder engagement
• Managing the day to day accounting needs of the practice
• Business support and growth, supporting management and coordinating marketing
• Occupational health & safety

Key Selection Criteria

• 3-5 years’ experience as a Medical Practice Manager
• Familiarity with Best Practice system preferred
• Proven track record of client-focused service delivery within the industry
• Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills with a strong sense of empathy
• Proficient in written and verbal communication with keen attention to detail
• Skilled in developing and nurturing stakeholder relationships including clients, suppliers, external authorities, tenants, contractors, and office staff
• Capable of representing the practice confidently, positively, and professionally
• Committed to maintaining strict confidentiality concerning patient and practice information
• Competent in utilizing and enhancing various systems and processes for office operations
• Understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements
