Well-established boutique accounting firm led by 2 partners with 10 staff members. The practice has a strong emphasis on building long-term relationships with clients and staff, they pride themselves on delivering exceptional service and fostering a supportive work environment. The partners are looking to pass on some key areas of practice management, and are now seeking a dedicated Practice Manager to join the team.
THE ROLE
Purpose of the role is to ensure the smooth functioning of the office on a day-to-day basis.
- Assisting with supervision and management of 2 other administrators
- Coordinating IT support and improvements to enhance practice efficiency
- Overseeing the implementation and maintenance of office administrative systems
- Supervising office compliance ATO and ASIC correspondence
- Handling SMSF administration with Class software
ABOUT YOU
- Proven experience as an administrator Practice Manager within a public practice firm
- Proficiency with Handisoft, Now Infinity, and Class software preferred
- IT skills and the ability to manage and troubleshoot office technology
- Ability to work as part of a team and autonomously
