We're on the lookout for an exceptional Practice Manager who embodies the following qualities:
- Extensive background in the dental field, coupled with management experience, will give you a distinct advantage.
- Familiarity with the day-to-day operations of a professional practice is highly desirable.
- Proven people management experience, enabling you to lead, motivate, and elevate teams, thereby enhancing staff productivity and overall performance.
- Your strategic mindset will be instrumental in spearheading local area marketing initiatives, driving new patient inflow, and fostering practice growth.
- Proven business acumen, particularly in reception and the various administrative components integral to a thriving practice.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is essential.
- While experience with dental software (OASIS) is beneficial, it's not mandatory.
