As a Practice Manager within our Small Business Services team, you will be responsible for ensuring our clients receive the best service possible. About you:
We’re on the look for an experienced Practice Manager who has a willingness to jump in and ‘roll up their sleeves’. Ideally, you’ll have previous experience in an Office management role and a knack for process improvement. You’ll be to throw a new lens over processes and make changes that enhances overall efficiency, and importantly, you’ll have a passion for ensuring clients receive best in class service.

If you have some of the below experience and skills, we’d like to hear from you:
- Qualifications in business administration, accounting or a related field.
- Experience as a previous Office Manager within the financial services industry
- Experience in Process improvement, with an ability to simplify existing processes to enhance efficiency.
- An ability to remain calm under press and manage workloads to meet challenging deadlines.
- Strong commercial acumen and a focus on continuous improvement.
- Well-developed problem-solving skills with a high degree of initiative and ability to produce timely and quality results.
- Exhibiting a proven aptitude in effectively utilising technology including the Microsoft Suite.
