General Responsibilities:
- Processing Accounts Payable/Receivable.
- Processing cash reconciliations.
- Assisting with Payroll.
- Maintaining the fixed asset register.
- Assisting in monthly accruals and balance sheet reconciliations.
- General administrative and other ad hoc tasks.
Key Skills:
- Tertiary qualification in accounting, economics or business studies.
- Basic accounting skills as a minimum, including accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations.
- Demonstrated practical experience within a finance team.
- Systematic and organized approach with strong attention to detail.
- High level of computer literacy, particularly in Excel.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude, self-motivated and mature minded.
