We’ve been searching for a bright spark just like you to become our next Practice Manager at Illumident Mount Gambier.
Our current Practice Manager is sadly relocating at the end of 2024 so we need someone with outstanding interpersonal, presentation and organisational skills to step into this role and shine.

Behind the scenes, you’re an organisation guru and you thrive when ticking off your to-do list. From leading our front office team to supporting our dentists and oral health practitioners, you never miss a beat and ensure everyone has what they need to succeed.

What you’ll bring to the role:
- Extensive experience in the dental and/or medical industry
- Held a leadership role for at least 3 years
- An understanding of financial management, marketing and various IT systems
- An understanding of the importance of management reporting, KPIs and accountability
- Experience in rostering, performance management and staff appraisals
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly capable in the full suite of Microsoft Office programs
- An open mind to being mentored in our systems and processes.
This full-time position has an immediate start working alongside our current Practice Manager and will transition into the Practice Manager role within 6 months.
