Located in St Kilda, we aim to deliver a seamless healthcare experience to our patients by finding and servicing gaps in healthcare delivery both online, and in person.
Role Overview: We are seeking a reliable and organised Practice Manager to oversee the daily operations of our virtual clinic. The successful candidate may commence with a full-time commitment for the first two weeks, transitioning to a part-time schedule of 1+ days per week thereafter.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage patient appointments and maintain an efficient online booking system.
- Coordinate with healthcare providers and support staff to ensure smooth operations, including consulting days with complex teams
- Handle administrative tasks including billing, patient records, and compliance management.
- Utilise web-based tools and platforms to support clinic functions.
- Communicate effectively with patients and staff to maintain a high standard of service.
- Coordinate and develop partnerships with other care groups.
About You:
- Experience: Proven experience as a medical receptionist or a General Practice clinic manager.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using digital tools and platforms. Experience with virtual healthcare software is a plus.
- Well-Spoken: Strong verbal and written communication skills. The rrole will include document creation and partnership building.
- Well Presented: Professional demeanor and presentation. The role may include in-person meetings with potential and established partners.
- Motivated: Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Local Advantage: Living in or near the Bayside area is a bonus.
