Little Mountain Medical is seeking a part time (2-5 days a week) Practice Manager/Medical Receptionist. The successful applicant is someone who has a real love for people and is looking to run a small, friendly, private billing Medical Centre where they know each patient by name.
The position involves overseeing the running of the practice including accreditation, organising rosters and timesheets, responding to various communications, compiling reports, liaising with the GP's within the practice and assisting with reception duties.
You will be working for a family owned business, not a large corporate company.
The job does not require any night or weekend work.
A competitive hourly rate of $30-$40 per hour based on prior experience.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Friendly personality that gets along with everyone
- Ability to problem solve
- Good IT skills including Microsoft Office
- Experience with Best Practice software
- Previous GP Practice Management experience
