With the support of our Practice Manager and Medical Director, you will be responsible to deliver exceptional care to our patients.
Qualifying Nurses
- Registered Nurses or EENs
- Current unrestricted AHPRA registration
- General Practice experience highly regarded

About the Position
- Liaise with doctors and nurses to deliver exceptional patient care
- Communicate with patients to provide post consultation care, answer enquiries, book appointments and ensure the delivery of our service
- Review blood test results and work with labs across Australia when required
Requirements
- Good computer skills and ability to operate standard software such as Microsoft Windows, Outlook, Excel and Word
- Experience with Best Practice or Medical Director
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and achieve clinical outcomes.
- Effective customer service, interpersonal and communication skills.
- A team focus and flexible approach to work
- Experience in General Practice, Chronic Disease Management or Health Assessments an advantage
