We are seeking an experienced and caring General Practice Nurse(or Registered Nurse with clinic experience) to work closely with GP’s to deliver high-quality care to aged care residents and the local community.
This is a full-time role, working across two of our Medical Centres located in Fitzroy North and Donvale.
What you’ll be doing
- Chronic Disease Management Plans and Health Assessments
- Immunisation
- Wound Care
- Minor Procedures
- Ordering stock and vaccines
- General treatment room duties and responsibilities
What you’ll need
- Relevant nursing qualification
- Nurse Immuniser qualification (or training will be provided)
- Current AHPRA registration
- Up-to-date COVID-19 vaccinations (3 doses)
- 2024 Influenza vaccinated
- Aged Care experience an advantage
- NDIS check
- Eligibility to work in Australia
