AddressWe are a private billing General Practice with 9 GPs, who requires a permanent part-time, Division 1 registered nurse, who ideally has plenty of General Practice experience, and is happy to work as part of a team.
We offer a friendly and supportive working environment with an excellent hourly rate, dependent on experience, ranging from $32-$41(negotiable).
Role and responsibilities:
- Triage and assessment of patients
- Wound management
- Childhood immunisations
- Travel vaccinations
- Flu vaccination clinics
- Chronic disease management (health assessments, TCA & GPMP)
- Assisting with minor procedures
- Cold chain management
Skills and experience:
- Current AHPRA registration and indemnity insurance
- Evidence of COVID-19 vaccination status (must be fully vaccinated)
- Ability to prioritise workload and work independently
- Experience using Best Practice software would be very desirable
Essential criteria:
- Sound time management
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work within a team
- Self-motivated
- Competent computer skills
