What you need to be successful?
- Showcase your ability to work cohesively within a team and independently, contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.
- Skillfully assess and prioritize patient needs for prompt and efficient care.
- Contribute to the community's health by delivering immunizations and maintaining vaccination records.
- Play a crucial role in scheduling and supporting the completion of comprehensive care plans.
- Assist in performing health checks and maintaining patient care cycles to ensure optimal well-being.
- Utilize your expertise in performing ECG, Holter, BP monitoring and Spirometry tests to aid in accurate diagnostics.
- Provide compassionate and effective wound care to enhance patient recovery.
- Assist with minor procedures and clinical care with doctors
- Accurately input patient information into Best Practice for seamless record-keeping.
Is the role right for you?
- A Bachelor of Nursing with current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
- Current certificates and licensure for CPR, vaccinations, Pap tests etc..
- Current 'Working with Children Check' and criminal record check, or the ability to obtain.
- Preference for someone with experience in a similar role.
