What’s the role?
Demonstrating comprehensive and accurate knowledge and skills in providing episodic and ongoing care that is responsive to individual and group circumstances and environments.
Initiating and conducting comprehensive health maintenance and health promotion in partnership with individuals, groups and the general practice team
Is this the right role for you?
- A Bachelor of Nursing with current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.
- Minimum one year’s experience as a Registered Nurse.
- Practices in accordance with nursing and general practice standards, codes, guidelines, legislations and regulations.
- Further certificates in AGV, Child and Adolescent Health, Mental Health, Women’s Health, Community Health, suturing, sterilization of instruments and Practice Management.
- Current ‘Working with Children Check’ and criminal record, or the ability to obtain.
NT PHN/RWA NT may be able to offer support and financial assistance to health professionals who are relocating to the NT or moving within the NT to a greater remoteness area classification for the purposes of employment.
