Form of workWe are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Registered Nurse to join our boutique medical practice located in Fortitude Valley. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic practice in a progressive and expanding organisation, dedicated to providing the highest standards in patient care.
In our organisation nurses are integral in delivering day to day clinical support to our GP Team, as well as providing consistent high quality community based healthcare to our patients. Some key areas of responsibility include:
- Developing and conducting health assessments
- Working with the Practice Manager to regularly review and improve services
- Managing a Chronic Disease Register
- Care plan development and reviews
- Liaison with relevant allied health professionals
- Maintaining the Reminder Recall system
- Providing vaccinations and immunisations

Essential Criteria;
- Current Registered Nurse registration with AHPRA
- Minimum 2 years nursing experience post registration
- Demonstrated knowledge and skills in Primary Care
- Attention to detail and high clinical standards
- Experience of developing services
- Efficient time management and strong organisational and communication skills
- Computer literacy including windows, outlook and experience with electronic patient records.
