Form of workWe have an immediate start Practice Nurse position available for a motivated, pro-active person with the right skills and attributes to join our supportive team that has strong emphasis on providing high-quality service to its patients and is well known for its outstanding customer service!
Day-to-day tasks vary each day. Your main responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- Wound Management
- Immunizations - Childhood, Adult & Travel Vaccines
- Chronic Disease Management Plans & Health Assessments
- ECG, Spirometry
- Triage & Emergency care
- Order & monitor stock, samples and clinical supplies
- Instrument management
The successful candidate will have:
- Current AHPRA registration
- Previous experience in General Practice setting is highly desired but not essential
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Team player, and can take on responsibility where required
- Highly motivated and ability to work flexible hours
- Ability to multi-tasking and problem solving
- Ability to triage patients while working within scope of practice
