Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a primary care setting.
- Assist with clinical procedures, wound care, immunizations, care plans and health assessments.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver comprehensive and holistic patient care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in accordance with best practices and regulatory standards.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
- Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
-A minimum of 2 years of previous experience as a Practice Nurse in a primary care setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
