Our practice values team-based care which means our nurses can take on a key role in managing patient health and improving clinical outcomes. We are looking for a friendly and passionate person to work in a fast-paced Medical Practice to care for patients in a culturally and linguistically diverse community.
Our Medical Centre is well equipped and offers a range of services to our patients. Full training and support will be provided to the successful candidate to expand their skills and develop their scope of practice.
The suitable candidate must be available to work Monday and Tuesday but will have the option to work flexible additional days to make up part-time or full-time hours. Remuneration will be consistent with experience.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Assisting doctors with health assessments and chronic disease management
- ECG and spirometry
- Minor procedures and wound care
- Immunisations and vaccinations
- Iron infusion
- Cold chain management
- Management of the treatment room
Desirable Attributes (Not Essential)
- Previous experience working in primary health care
- Knowledge of Best Practice software
- Ability to speak Mandarin or Cantonese
